The Interact Committee, run by Mrs. Faltein, is focused on community service and making a positive impact both within the school and the wider community. Members organise various fundraisers, developing leadership and teamwork skills.

The Environmental Club, led by Mr. Field and Mr. Nyati, promotes sustainability and environmental awareness through projects. Members take part in hikes, clean ups and camps to connect with nature and learn more about the environment.

Roar Fax is directed by Ms. Prins and is the school’s student-run newsletter, sharing news, updates and stories from across the campus. It gives students the opportunity to develop writing, editing and communication skills.

The MD Committee is also run by Mr. Field and are responsible for planning the highlight event of the matric year – the matric dance! Members work together to create themes and coordinate logistics to ensure a memorable evening for the graduating class.

The Media Society collaborate with Ms. Kalianji to capture and help promote the events and achievements within our school through photography, videography and graphic design. Our members learn how to develop their creative and time management skills.

Debating encourages students to voice their opinions and challenge ideas. It aims to help members improve public speaking and think critically about current issues. The juniors are chaired by Mrs. Trethewey and the seniors by Ms. Prins and Mrs. Downey.

The Chess Club provides students with the opportunity to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Members participate in weekly matches and sometimes tournaments. The juniors are guided by Ms. Cuyler and the seniors by Mrs. Bolligelo.

Our Peer Promoters are managed by Mrs. Seifert and support the school community by organizing initiatives that promote health and well-being, such as blood drives, awareness campaigns and student support activities.

The Choir, orchestrated by Mrs. Bester, brings students together through the love of singing, performing at school events and competitions. It nurtures vocal skills, teamwork, and confidence while sharing music with the school and wider community.

The First Aid Club, directed by Mr. Colley, trains students in essential life-saving skills, emergency response and basic medical care. It prepares participants to act confidently in urgent situations and promotes safety within the school community.

The Quiz Team is managed by Mrs. Henman and challenges students’ knowledge across a wide range of subjects, competing in competitions. It sharpens critical thinking, quick recall and teamwork while encouraging friendly competition.

The Student Christian Association, overseen by Mrs. van Tonder, provides a space for students to explore and express their Christian faith. It encourages fellowship, spiritual growth, and service through gatherings and community outreach activities.
