Some of our gents took part in the first biathlon league meeting held at Westbourne Oval and Newton Park Swimming Pool. They did a 800m run and 100m swim. It's a fantastic way to prepare for the athletics and swimming season. All the best, gents.

In preparation for the launch of the cricket season, the 1st XI Cricket team had a mental strength session with biokineticist and psychologist; Nerine Loocke. This will hopefully give our gents an edge for their fixture against VP this afternoon.

Congratulations to Joshua Seifert who has been slected as a part of the Eastern Province Metallic Silhoutte Shooting Association's Junior u/20 team. Joshua will participate in the SAMSSA National Championships to be held in Bloemfontein on 4-7 October 2023.
